At KINTO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our thoughtfully designed drinkware and interior goods. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items back into their original KINTO packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
